The 2011 January Home Show showcased some of Boston’s best restaurant chefs with Mix 104.1 for a series of cooking demonstrations for our attendees. These demonstrations took place all weekend! In addition, Barefoot Wine and Bubbly had signed on as a major sponsor of the event and did FREE tastings all weekend! These were not features to miss!

During this culinary delight we will explore the simple techniques of growing and using Herbs. Learn the best Herbs for your zone, when and how to harvest each and use them in the kitchen. After the Lecture and Demonstration, gardeners will assemble, bottle and seal their own blend of Herb Vinegar. After the Vinegars, participants will blend and mold their own Herb Butters.
